2025年5月23日，应德国联邦经济与出口管制局（BAFA）的邀请，环球律师事务所赵德铭博士在柏林参会并发表专题演讲。大会现场约有500名与会者，另有约400人通过在线方式同步参与。

On May 23, 2025, upon invitation by German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control (BAFA), Dr. Deming Zhao of Global Law Office, presented a speech at a conference in Berlin, toward an audience of 500 people, plus around 400 people joining the conference on-line.

在一个小时的主题演讲中，赵德铭博士介绍了中国的出口管制以及反制措施，并回答了听众的问题。该主题由明斯特大学外贸法研究中心主任Hans-Michael Wolffgang教授主持。德国联邦经济与出口管制局就赵德铭博士的演讲给予高度评价，称其演讲“为大会增色”，并表示“十分高兴”能邀请赵德铭博士作为演讲嘉宾。

Dr. Deming Zhao introduced export control and counter sanctions measures of China in the one-hour session and responded to the questions raised by the audience. This session was moderated by Prof. Dr. Hans-Michael Wolffgang, chair of the Center for Foreign Trade Law at the University of Munster. Dr. Zhao’s speech was praised by BAFA as "enhancing" the conference, and BAFA were "very happy" to have Dr. Zhao as a speaker.

本次大会全称为“第十九届出口管制日”（19th Export Control Day），由德国联邦经济与出口管制局及明斯特大学外贸法研究中心联合举办。演讲嘉宾包括政界人士、政府官员及学术专家，听众则主要来自德国的出口企业及各大行业协会的高层代表，为德国最重要的出口管制年度盛会。

With "19th Export Control Day" as its official name. this conference has been organized by BAFA and the Center for Foreign Trade Law at the University of Munster. The speakers of the conference include politicians, ministry officials and academics. The audience are from German export companies as well as the high-ranking representatives from German trade associations. This conference has been the most important annual event of export control in Germany.
